3.2 Paid Content
To purchases paid content, you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on the relevant order page. The two types of paid content purchases you can make are:
(i) A Subscription for named materials; or
(ii) A Subscription accessing all materials
Details of the above Subscriptions, including prices (including all taxes), descriptions of their main characteristics, arrangements as to how we will provide the Subscriptions, contract durations and the procedures for payment are displayed on or through our website. The price of any Subscription is the price in force at the date and time of your order. The price of any Subscription may change before you place an order. We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see below). We will inform you if a Subscription’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order. You may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the Subscription at the correct price.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing a Subscription which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the school credit or debit card, or any electronic cash is authorised by the school and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any subscriptions. Once your payment is processed your school will be given access to the relevant paid content you have purchased directly from this website.
Your school must pay for Subscriptions within 30 days of your order, at which time you will be notified of the current price. Payments accepted are BACS or school cheques.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (“Confirmation”) to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering.
